Dear Ms. McVeigh, The room mom in my class emailed all of the parents and said she would be glad to get a gift for the teacher on behalf of the class.   She asked for suggestions.   I gave her one, (that she did not take) and in the mean time, a few other moms decided to help with the gift.... Another game ends in defeat for Highland Park, now in sole possession of last place at 1-6-1. The Scots lost to the Frisco Fightin' Raccoons by a score of 4-1 in a game filled with a total of 84 PIM, 60 of which came from the Scots.   Those 60 PIM were the team's highest total of the season... Just about every player, goalie and team has had a game that overwhelmed them, a game that took them, chewed them up and spit them right back out (if you'll pardon the cliché). A game so tough that, no matter what role you play in the game, be it player, fan or coach, it's hard to cope with.... (more)
