Learn to Organize for a Living Event
The National Association of Professional Organizer’s Dallas Ft. Worth Chapter (NAPO-DFW) is hosting an open meeting to answer questions regarding professional organizing as a business. The meeting will be held on Thursday, 6:30 pm, October 23, 2008 at La Madeline Restaurant located at 5000 West Park Blvd, Suite 100, Plano, TX, Texas. The charge for this event is $50 unless you are a NAPO-DFW member.
Come and ask questions of our veteran organizer panelist, all of whom own their own organizing businesses in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. The panelists are:

Fall -All City Festival
The Festival will go on all day and then we will have a Wrestling show later that evening and Our Haunted House! We will have a pumpkin-carving contest for the kids, hay ride, games, wrestling, haunted house, food and various booths of information from around the city; we will have the karate class and jazzercise instructors here to answer questions and the Recreation Center Staff. The Fall Festival will start at 10 am and run until 6:00pm or later. The wrestling show time will begin at 5pm. | The Balch Springs Recreation Center

2008 Buddy Walk
The 2008 Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas's Buddy Walk will be at Flagpole Hill (located at Buckner and Northwest Highway) on Sunday, November 9, 2008 from 11am to 3pm. Walk begins at 1:00 pm. There will be plenty of activities for the family, including music, food, games, bounce houses, and special guest appearances.
