Celebrate Independence Day with ‘Fireworks on Main’ Friday July 3rd, 6:00pm-10:00pm Join your friends and neighbors for “Fireworks on Main” in downtown Rowlett on Friday, July 3 to celebrate freedom with live music, festival-style foods, children’s activities and games and a spectacular fireworks display. Celebration Schedule: 6 p.m. - Live Music • Rowlett’s own Jaci Butler takes the stage • Followed by another hometown favorite, Mat Morris • Get moving to the sounds of Jonnie Blanco, a local cover band playing new hits, classic rock and Texas country Shopping • Farmers Market and Rowlett’s downtown businesses 9:45 p.m. - Fireworks Display • A unique ground effects fireworks show presented for viewing within the immediate downtown area. Admission and parking is free. All events are on Main Street between City Hall and the Library. Main Street will be closed from Skyline Drive to Commerce for the duration of this event.
