Do you have trouble finding or making pants that fit? Would you like help with solving this problem? Come and join us in this great workshop on how to fit pants — not to be confused with “jeans” which have their own set of rules. You will learn the basics of altering a pants pattern to your individual needs. You will construct a basic pair of pants in class to test and refine alterations in fabric. This is a hands-on class; the information will build upon itself and will require some work to be done outside of the classroom before the following week’s class. You must bring to class your own sewing machine, which should be in good working order, and an extension cord. You should already know how to thread and operate it.
