Craig Ranch and the City of McKinney Present Red, White and BOOM! On July 4 and 5, McKinney will host a community-wide celebration of freedom, family fun, food and entertainment The first annual Red, White and BOOM!, a two-day festival, will stretch across McKinney from Historic Downtown to Craig Ranch. The event will showcase all the city has to offer, from history and community spirit to shopping and dining to outdoor recreation and natural beauty. Red, White and BOOM! kicks-off July 4 with morning and afternoon activities in Historic Downtown McKinney. In the evening, festivities move across town to the McKinney Soccer Complex at Craig Ranch. Former American Idol contestant and chart-topping country music artist Josh Gracin will headline the evening’s musical entertainment.
