LEADERSHIP COURSE Dallas County Water District #6 is partnering with the Balch Springs Chamber of Commerce to present a Leadership Seminar on June 5. The seminar will be presented by awardwinning media personality, Bryan Dodge and is part of the Chamber’s monthly luncheon seminar series designed to educate our business owners, their employees and individuals in the community.
