Lawry’s The Prime Rib is celebrating its 70th anniversary and its 25th year in Dallas with a dinner for two during the month June. Lawry’s The Prime Rib was the first restaurant in Beverly Hills to serve only one entrée, rock salt-Roasted Prime Ribs of Beef, carved to order tableside from rolling silver carts. Today, the restaurant still serves its signature prime rib with a Spinning Bowl Salad and sides of creamed corn, creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, whipped cream horseradish and Yorkshire pudding. To celebrate the companies anniversary, Lawry’s Executive Chef Matt Melton and his culinary team will prepare a palate pleasing three-course meal. Featured menu items include: •Lawry’s Famous Original Spinning Bowl Salad: A blend of crisp romaine, iceberg lettuce, spinach, shredded beets, chopped eggs and croutons.
