The theme for this year's contest is "The Sky's the Limit". The contest is open to all ages and has 3 categories - person, place, or thing. Three 1st place winners will receive $75 each and one Best of Show winner will win $150. Photographs must be original and must be your own work and each participant is limited to 3 entries. Entries should be 8X10, unframed and unmatted. We will mat them when they are submitted. The drop off date is Sep 6 from 10 AM to 12 Noon at the Rowlett Public Library. Judging will be done by Cindy Serine on Monday, Sep 8. Entries will be on display at the library until Sep 26 and must be picked up on Sep 27 between 10 AM and 12 Noon at the Rowlett Public Library. Entry forms will be available at the library and community center and will also be downloadable from the city website (rowlett.com).
