Mr. Adkins is the creator of PEAK (Prevention and Education through the Arts for Kids), an arts based program designed to empower at-risk youth to make positive life choices. Closing reception with the artists Saturday, August 30, 2008 (6-8 PM) Both the exhibit and reception are free and open to the public.
