To all Wine Club Members: This will be a cooking demonstration party. We will be cooking the largest paella ever made in this part of Texas with participation from everyone. It will be done outdoors in our wonderful patio. This is the national dish of Spain and we will have a ball making it and eating it. Come by the winery, enjoy the friendship of fellow club members, have a glass or two or three and then enjoy a taste of homemade paella Texas style. Suggested wine – SMWV Tempranillo 2005. Note: it takes about 1 hr to cook the paella. Festivities will start promptly at 6 pm. Note: The Paella dish contains seafood and fish.
