Dr. Sharon Kirven, MD is offering free school physicals to the public on Saturday August 23rd at her Mesquite office from 9 am to 2 pm. But there is a catch. While there is no charge for screening exams for kids returning to school, students are highly encouraged to bring canned and dry goods that will be donated to the North Texas Food Bank. This 'Student Athlete Appreciation Event' was developed as a means to promote a sense of giving and philanthropy in these tough economic times.Dr. Kirven is board certified in family medicine and has practiced in the area for the last 11 years. She will be conducting free school physicals at her office located at 120 West Main Street, Suite 205, Mesquite, TX 75149, in the Wells Fargo bank building at the corner of Main Street and Galloway.
