Email me for all the details if you're interested - but this will be a workshop for ladies to come, have fun, and prepare 4 or 8 meals in advance for your family. All the meals can be frozen then cooked in the crock pot, on the grill or in the oven. It's 4 meals for $25 or 8 meals for $40 - all you'll need to add at home is the meat - everything else will be provided for your entree.
