Plano, TX. Victor Manuel will walk from the DART Parker Station 14 miles along the proposed light rail line to Downtown McKinney. The Democratic candidate for County Commissioner supports our cities and county working together for the rail system. The walk will end in McKinney at a rally for the rail. Says Victor, "It is time for the county government to pony up to the bar and work with the cities instead of let them fail individually. The County has to step in with initiatives to kick-start this project if we are ever going to see rail service succeed. If we do not stand together, we will surely fall apart."
