On September 13, 2008 the YES! (Youth Explore Sports!) Expo will take place at Collin Creek Mall in Plano, TX from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Be there to cheer on your favorite team in the Mascot Challenge, win prizes, see demonstrations, play games and more!! YES! provides the families and young people of Collin County an introduction to the people, sports, organizations and physical activities that are available in our community. It is a one stop shop for families that want to keep their kids active. 40 organizations will exhibit, fabulous prizes are being given away and rumor has it there may be some celebrities on site. The 2007 YES! Expo was recognized by the National Association of Sports Commissions as the "Best Locally Created Event." All funds raised benefit the Collin College Education Foundation.
