Bring your picnic supper and enjoy a taste of Japanese culture under the full harvest moon. Contemplative music will be performed by Cosmos Japanese women’s chorus, acoustic guitarist Taku Saito, Stan Richardson on the shakuhachi (bamboo flute), and Daniel Fletcher on biwa (lute). Other activities include a haiku workshop by poet Michael Moore, calligraphy, ikebana displays (flower arranging), and sampling tsukimi dango (small round dumplings).
