This year in our Bible Class we will study a lesser prophet and lesser-known period of biblical history. Theologically, Hosea stands with Isaiah and Jeremiah at the height of prophetic thought. Richard Harmon, Virginia Holleman, Marc Kivel and Larry Nobles will facilitate this class. The Episcopal Church of the Transfiguration is a parish of more than 2,000 members whose faith has led to strong commitments to education, outreach and evangelism. The parish, celebrating its fiftieth anniversary in 2006, regularly conducts four weekend services, two weekday services and monthly Compline services.
