The Irving Public Library will present Celebrate our Veterans at 2 p.m. Nov. 14 at the Central Library, 801 W. Irving Blvd. The event will feature guest speaker and author Stephen Neal Manning. The Irving Fire Department Pipe and Drum Honor Guard also will perform. Call (972) 721-2606.
