What’s the best advice you’ve received and from whom?

My father always told me to work hard and never give up. My mother taught me to respect people and enjoy life.

If your high school career were a song, what would it be and why?

“Slow Me Down” by Emmy Rossum. Often, time rushes by too quickly and you grow up before you are ready. My brother slowed me down so I would enjoy my high school experience and live in the present.

What are you looking forward to most at college (and which college)?

I am looking forward to engaging in undergraduate research at BrownUniversity and expand my culinary skills.

If your high school mascot fought your college mascot, who would win?

The Greenhill Hornet would sting the Brown Bear…your guess is as good as mine.

How will you change the world?

I want to create a positive impact on other people’s lives.

Are you friends with your parents on Facebook?

My parents do not have Facebook accounts. We prefer friendship in person.
