Weigh In Day - Week Six

Weigh in Day, I haven't lost any weight this week.  I am going to have to eat less on the weekends.  I have been having too many off the chart days going out with friends for birthdays, etc.  If I am going to lose more weight, I am going to have to stay on track!

Breakfast 3 P

Greek Yogurt 2 P

2 T Sugar Free Apricot Preserves 0 P

1/2 cup Go Lean Crunch 1 P

 

Lunch 6 P

Oroweat Sandwich Thin 2 P

Black Bean Burger 2 P

Laughing Cow Cheese 1 P

1/2 package of 100 Cal Sun Chips 1 P

 

Dinner 10 P

Beef Filet 6 P

Baked Potato 3 P

Broccooli n Cheese 1 P

 

I  was only 19 P, 3 under my goal of 22 P!  I did walk today, but for only 30 minutes.
