Thank you to all who attended the Fitness Together Ribbon Cutting this Tuesday. I felt like we weren’t going to have a good turnout so I begged. You guys were great and came out in force; it was lively, fun, friendly, and we got to meet some really nice business owners/employees. Thank you for your support, as always.

Today, Thursday, May 1 at 4:30pm at Chiropractic of Coppell, 580 S. Denton Tap Rd., Ste. 210 (above Pharmacy Plus by FirstBaptistChurch). They have a delicious and “spirited” party planned for us, so please drop by! Bring a friend/potential member as they assure me that the food/drinks will be plentiful.

Tomorrow, Friday, May 2 at 11:30am at Grow It Land Designs, 794 S. Denton Tap Rd. (across the street and north of Dickey’s). Hard Eight BarBQ will cater this event. Please welcome this new nursery (although they have been in business a long time with landscaping services) to Coppell. The plants make a nice, peaceful place to eat lunch.
