Where to haunt this Halloween

Where: Kid’s Kastle in Unity Park, 2200 Briarhill Blvd. in Highland Village.

Spooktacular Trails Extravaganza
When: 6 to 9 p.m. Oct. 31
Where: 100 E. Lake Park Road in Lewisville.
Cost: Free, voluntary donations are accepted
Open to: Children ages 12 and younger
Planned activities: Costume contest, trick-or-treating and more.

What:
Haunted house
Where: 2301 N. Stemmons Freeway in Lewisville
When: 7 to 10 p.m. during the week, 7 p.m. to midnight on weekends. For list of operating dates, check its Web site, below.
Admission: The Parkers Mortuary is $18 and the Castle of Goonies is $3 (unlimited entry).
