Energy NOW! another subject BAIL-OUTS

Yes- I know--- it's an energy blog. This is NOT about energy; but since it is my blog ---- well -------------- here goes!

In my business I process all the payroll checks for our restaurants using a computer software program called QuickBooks.

I received the payroll update for my QuickBooks software which included the new GOVERNMENT tax break for us common folks. My check increased by $2.10 per week! That's about how much the current government cares about normal citizens--

This is simply a big slap in the face for taxpaying American citizens. I have been thinking about how I should spend the windfall I am now receiving every week.

Here are some ideas-

1/3 pack of cigarettes- they increased the tax last week- now over $6.00 pack

One bottle of beer during happy hour- Budweiser will be OK

Two candy bars- mostly sugar I suppose

A medium sized bag of potato chips loaded with saturated fat

3 Hot Wings- can't afford a full order

A little bit more than 1 gallon of gasoline

One bottle of water-from a convenience store

A double pack of off brand AA batteries-

Envelopes paper and a stamp to write my Congressional representatives !!!!!!!

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. After all I want to do my part and SPREAD the wealth around.
