Some three months ago, I met with Liz Morse of the Richardson ISD to discuss ways we might get timelier school district sports into the newspaper, and especially into neighborsgo print edition.

No small feat when dealing with a weekly publication, which then came out Saturdays.

Little did we know at that time that we would be incorporating HS Game Time into your weekly neighborsgo and changing our publication date to Fridays, both of which made it more straightforward, timely and relevant to publish that planned sports coverage.
