Is it the white Dodge Charge from "Vanishing Point" or the Ford GT-350 that Steve McQueen himself drove in "Bullet" that stirs your blood?

Or perhaps the foot chase in "Point Break" is the chase that you remember fondly.

Let us not forget "The French Connection," "Ronin," or "Quicksilver" that got you.

Let me know, I'm curious.

Is absolutely, drop-dead hilarious.

Every single line will leave you rolling on the floor in laughter. If you get the chance, definitely go see this flick.

Be forewarned, though: there is a LOT of nudity. It is definitely not kid- or family-friendly.

So, I'm watching "30 Rock" starring Tina Fey and wondering what movie preview will be shown during the show's commercials. What would it be? Hmmm. Can anyone think of any movie with "Saturday Night Live" ties with a current cast member, maybe something directed by someone with "SNL" ties? Hmmm.

A storm knocked out my satellite reception before I could find out, so I'm still trying to figure that out.

In the meantime, check out Hollywood 75001's review of "Baby Mama."

So, Shanghai Noon in no way is a new movie, but it's one of my favorites! It was a pleasant surprise when I first saw it a few years ago, as I neither really enjoyed Jackie Chan movies nor knew much of Owen Wilson at the time. But, it turned out to be pretty much awesome. That's why when I saw it being sold as a two for one deal at Target, I was a little thrown off. Aren't those prices usually observed for crap movies?

At least seeing it on the shelves made me want to watch it. And watch I did.

Favorite lines from the movie: "How-dy part-ner"--Jackie. "Faster than that or people are going to think you're slow in the head"--Owen. Comedy gold.

Got some trouble with Leatherheads: You're looking all over the place for a hook, and it doesn't deliver. It's almost a romantic comedy. Almost a sports movie. Tries to be a Coen Brothers movie. But it's none of the above. Everything falls flat. Blame George Clooney.   (more)

...so sue me. I've got a good attorney that just returned from exile.

I finally got a chance to see Darjeeling Limited.

I turned it off about 20 minutes into the film.

I shouldn't even call that waste of time DVD a film. It was drivle. I felt let down by Wes Anderson.

What happened? Rushmore, The Royal Tenenbaums, Bottle Rocket...those were fantastic movies I highly enjoyed sitting through.

But Darjeeling was unfocused, without plot and the characters could have been replaced by automatons and no one would have noticed a difference.

"Somebody help me!" as the Hardest Working Man in Showbusiness would've said.

So I went to the local Movie Tavern on Saturday to see the new George Clooney/John Krasinski/Renee Zellwegger flick "Leatherheads."

It was OK. There was nothing special about it; it wasn't terribly funny, heartwrenching or clever. It was entertaining enough, though.

If there's nothing else out in the theatre and you REALLY want to see something -- this is a decent choice. But don't expect much.

My wife and I headed out to see "The Ruins," but not before she starts obsessing about the weeds in the front yard. "Call Chemlawn, get a quote," I said, knowing full well it's something I'm not going to be able to afford anyway. So, we're seeing "The Ruins" and it's about these flesh-eating weeds on an ancient Mayan temple that have gone nuts. At least four people are devoured. The movie was OK. When we get home and my wife kicks over a crabgrass bloom, she said out loud, "we gotta do something 'bout this." No way. After "The Ruins," I'm not touching any weeds.
