I'm that guy who used running plays on NFL Blitz for N64 and was accused of being "cheap" by my friends.

You know what's awesome?

Until the BCS rankings are finalized people will do nothing but complain around the water cooler. Then I get the wonderful feeling of glee knowing, I don't care about the Big 12.

I want to take a Spanish Galleon to work in the mornings, not my car. I don't care if I'm 300 miles inland, I can find a way to make it happen. For those interested in buidling a clipper with me, let me know. Pirates 2008 join together.

Spin in your office chair really fast and claim that if you reach 1,100 RPM that it will cause a vortex and you can travel through time.

To really throw your co-workers off, carry around some coins from 1987 and claim that brought the money back with you to show evidence of the past.

Sersily, I knoe there our werds mispleed in this, but in total honesty.

THE SALVATION ARMY SENT ME SOMETHING FROM "THE SLAVATION ARMY."

I burned the roof of my mouth last night on my dinner. Now I just want to eat some pudding or frozen yogurt. Life is painful. Seriously, it feels like some skin came off when it happened.

I want a library card. Not necessarily to check out books, but when a police officer pulls me over, I will show them that as my only form of identification. I mean, who would ticket somebody who is a good reader?

I bought Hook this week and decided to watch it again. After all, it's a good movie and I figured I needed a change of pace in the evenings. What I didn't realize is how when I watched that move when I was little, the lost boys all looked so much older. Granted I was 6 years old when it came out, but still.

Essentially, I wonder what most of the cast is up to nowadays.I know that Jack was played by Charlie Korsmo who went on to make Can't Hardly Wait and be an aerospace engineer or something and the little girl was in Field of Dream, but I really wonder... Where is Ru-Fi-OOOOOOHHH!

There are times I wish my blog had more readers, because I really feel obligated to tell people about my Saturday night.

My friend Drew and I decided to go to Dallas to see this Scandinavian metal band called Lordi. Their show is one with costumes, monster themes and overall bizarre stage showcase. However, one of the opening acts for the show is what made my night worth writing about.

Lizzy Borden, this rock band that has been around for about 25 years and has a sound very similar to Iron Maiden and Queensryche, played a solid set equipped with fake blood, some intense guitar solos and theatrics.

After the show, we ran into the band's bassist from the set, this guy named Chris. We proceeded to give him a ride around downtown Dallas and chat about music and rock and then he introduced us to the other members of the band afterward. It was a pretty awesome experience in the end. Plus I now have a couple more autographs.

There are other details that could be filled in, but this is the condensed version.
