The trials and tribulations of raising Hurley, a 6-week-old pup, in my apartment.

No pictures today. Just a sad update on my favorite puppy.

We were playing with one of his toys the other day, and he jumped up and landed on the side of his foot. Poor little guy was yelping and limping around for about 10 minutes straight. It was heartbreaking.

Turns out, he sprained his toe. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but Hurls was shaking and huddling in the corner the ENTIRE night. I pretty much want to cry.

The vets gave him puppy aspiring, but it doesn't seem to help all that much. He's still hobbling around on three legs. They said it'd take a few days to start feeling better.

The grey makes him look distinguished. Just be thankful he's not goin' bald!
That costume is a winner!
I'm pretty sad I didn't watch him walk around...I'm going to have to see that when I come over next!
