Race participant and Mayor Brian Loughmiller, dressed in all black, prepares to signal the start of the fourth annual McKinney Historical Run. In those four years, the race has grown from 72 participants to 718 racers this year. Loughmiller said that the race is rapidly evolving into a signature event for McKinney.
