Cole and four of the Alonso Kart USA Team (Devlin DeFrancesco, Dore Chaponick, and Andrew Hawkins) competed in Norman for the Rotax Shootout which brought the best Rotax racers in the Country together for preparation and tuning for the Grand Nationals. Last weekend Cole attended Rounds 7 and 8 of the Southwest Regional Cup in Katy, Texas where he increased his second place points lead in a hotly contested battle for the Regional Championship by placing 2nd and 8th in the finals. Cole will be racing in Norman, Oklahoma for the remainder of the year in the final Championships in each of the series he is racing in. He and the team will kick off the 2010 season in Florida where they will be racing during the months of December 2009 through March 2010.
