Church Conference Deals With Strongholds

Desoto, TX. February 25, 2010..The Intersection Church is hosting a Prayer and Prophetic Conference called The Binding of Strongmen and Ruler Spirits” on March 19-20 2010. Church officials hope to give conference goers survival tools to help survive in tough times.
“We are hosting this event because scripture reminds us that in the last days there will be perilous times. Considering recent events such as the earthquake in Haiti, the Tsunami and Hurricane Katrina, I am convinced that the people of God need to be in prayer.” says organizer Bishop D.A. Davis.
This two-day event will start Friday March 19, 2010 at 7 p.m. at The Intersection Church in Desoto, TX at 1735 West Belt Line Rd. Conference speakers includes a powerful line up with Elder Cathy Moffitt and Prophetess Vanessa Weatherspoon.
“We are seeking to equip people with the weapons of prayer, empowering them to pray fervently, effectively, passionately and prophetically. Once these tools are integrated into the hearts of God’s people, they will have a greater commitment to kingdom purposes. We believe that strategic prayer is a necessity in equipping the Body of Christ with a strong prayer life. Prayer is the essential weapon for powerful living in today’s world,” he said.
The Binding of Strongmen and Ruler Spirits Conference will consist of several mini-workshops that will provide participants the opportunity to implement their newly learned strategies and tips on spiritual language that contains the progress of the enemy in their lives.
The Intersection Church seeks to transform the lives of all people who may be un-churched, undisciplined and unimpressed with organized religion. They purposefully teach to stimulate personal growth and development through regular worship, encouragement, accountability and prayer. This strategy gives birth to a contagious spirit with one becoming effective in the sharing of the gospel.
