Simoniz Car Wash Salutes Veterans with a FREE
“Simoniz Car Washes Salute Veterans”
For the fifth year, local Simoniz Car Washes will honor all war-and-peacetime Veterans (and active military personnel) with a FREE full service car wash on Veterans’ Day, Wednesday November 11, 2009.
To receive a free car wash, veterans or active military person can show proof of service in the form of discharge papers (DD214 form), military I.D., Veterans’ organization membership card. They may also be driving a vehicle with a POW plate, Veterans’ plate or a military medal/ribbon plate.
“It’s our way of saying thank you for their dedication and sacrifice. We are proud to honor them,” states Simoniz Car Wash® President Greg Anderson.

Todd Mark, vice president of education for Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS of Greater Dallas) will join members of the Farmersville Rotary Club to offer helpful spending and saving tips for the holiday shopping season, as well as how to avoid building excess debt. Additionally, Mark will provide tips on avoiding identity theft.
“Most people’s everyday living budget has been cut, so adding holiday spending into the mix can break your well-thought-out spending habits,” said Todd Mark, vice president of education for CCCS of Greater Dallas. “We want to help consumers spend wisely this season so they don’t start off the New Year in a mound of debt.”
