About Me
My Interests:
Me in My Words: I'm a recent college graduate from TCU and now the Garland/Wylie/Sachse editor for Neighborsgo/HSGameTime. In a nutshell, I could describe myself as driven, loud and witty. I also am not a big fan of shaving so I change up my facial hair every few weeks. I've lived in Beaumont, Texas, Singapore, Fort Worth and Dallas.
Interests: Baseball, loud music, writing, writers, reading, good cigars, foreign beers, a nap after lunch, museums, storm chasing, geology, hiking, disc golf, spelling bees, states and capitals contests, maps, Guitar Hero, bonfires, playing outside.
Favorite Sports Teams: Astros, Red Sox, Stars, Tennessee Volunteers, Manchester United, North Texas Griffins
Interesting things for other users to know: I can touch my tongue to my nose, and I've broken about 12 bones. I have never seen an episode of "Lost, " and I pride myself on that.
Favorite Movies: Bull Durham, Idiocracy, Thank You For Smoking, My Fellow Americans, The Royal Tenenbaums, Magnolia, Angels In The Outfield, Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou, Big Trouble, Haggard

So far so good. Yearbook deadlines are crazy. I am at the school all the time this week. And I spent my whole weekend up there. I have now become the Copy editor along with Photo Editor for both publications. I've rewritten 7 stoires in like 3 days. And I've got a lot more a head. lol. I'm wready for us to hit this deadline. Luckily, I get to come home and relax after that, along with study for finals which are this week. Ever heard of Dpchallenge.com? I'm about to start shooting for their competitions just to add more to my resume. Hope you're enjoying the job, as stressful as it may be. -Rachel
