Christian Care Centers, Inc. located in Mesquite, Texas is the first long-term care facility in the United States to implement a Remote Pharmacy Dispensing Project. This alpha project has received the 2008 Innovative Program of the Year from the Texas Association of Homes and Services for the Aging. Special recognition goes to PBS, Medco, Accredo, Talyst, Achieve, RNA and Pioneer Pharmacist for their innovative implementation of the Pharmacy Project in partnership with Christian Care Centers, Inc.
