Just like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day the City has created another masterpiece. If more Irvingites will get involved in City Government / Politics more of this can happen in South Irving. Trust me; this little gift didn't happen by itself. Many citizens and public officials worked hard to make this happen and they deserve our THANKS! Thank You Irving, your efforts are making a difference, especially in South Irving, where it is needed most.
