Rockwall High School Student Council Officers enjoy the Homecoming Breakfast they sponsored for all Homecoming Sweethearts and Escorts as well as the Homecoming Court. Officers are: Haley Loftis - Historian, Kelly Matthews - Secretary, Katy Mueller - Vice President, Meg Reynolds - President and Jenny Cullins - Treasurer.
