The 10th Annual July 4th Parade had a good turn out this year. Approximately 75 people from the Riggs/Kathy/Toler/Majors area participated ... on foot, bikes, scooters,and tractors, and in wagons and motorized vehicles. Quite a few dogs walked the parade, too.
