We meet every Thursday Morning at 07:a.m.We have about 35 members. We are an organization that does things for our community, including,several projects for Central Elementary School including the recent distribution of English and English /Spanish Dictionaries to third graders, On the second Saturday of each month we volunteer at the Lewisville Hazardous Waste collection. Our major source of funds for these activities is an annual Car Show conducted in conjunction with the Lewisville Western Days in September. In 2007 we started a program to get familys to display American flags on six holidays. Subscriptions are available through our web site, www.LewisvilleMorningRotary.com. Rotary is a world wide organization with 1,205,518 members in 32,841 clubs. Members are business and community leaders. Our motto is "Service above Self".

At the July meeting of the Dallas County East Democrats (DACED) on July 30th, our program and Speakers will be from ObamaDallas. Molly Hanchey and Sharron Steele from Obama's Dallas campaign will be speaking to our group about how to become more involved with helping Sen. Obama's efforts in winning Dallas County this coming November. I hope you will be able to make it, It's sure to be very informative. The DACED meets at Paula Sue's Diner 11915 E. Lake June Rd.
