Me in My Words: Me?? How can I best describe myself? Well... most people know me as Scouting Mrs. T because I love scouting. I love everything about it. In scouting, we joke about it only taking one hour a week.... well after 14 years of it... I have finally figured out that that is how much sleep a scout leader actually get!
Interests: Family, Friends, Scouting, Camping, Backpacking, Adventure, WATER, Teaching, Kids, Church, Cooking, Genealogy, Sharing, Music and FUN!
Favorite Sports Teams: Any team my children are on
Interesting things for other users to know: Ihave a webbed toe... why else would I be a good swimmer? recently, a high school friend I havent seen or apoken with in 25 years contacted me just to say hello. One of the things he remembered about me was my webbed toe!
Favorite Movies: Legends of the Fall, Lonesome Dove, Dances with Wolves.... Are there any good movies that are recent?? no idea.. Too busy.. Oh yeah.. My all time favorite?? FINDING NEMO! of course... the water has a lot to tdo with that! I am a water fanatic!
Favorite TV Shows: Friends... I know... I am outdated. oh well! I still love it!

Thank you for Adding the DACED. At the July meeting of the Dallas County East Democrats (DACED) on July 30th, our program and Speakers will be from ObamaDallas. Molly Hanchey and Sharron Steele from Obama's Dallas campaign will be speaking to our group about how to become more involved with helping Sen. Obama's efforts in winning Dallas County this coming November. I hope you will be able to make it, It's sure to be very informative. The DACED meets at Paula Sue's Diner 11915 E. Lake June Rd. This district encompasses the cities of Mesquite, Balch Springs and Sunnyvale. This District is on the verge of becoming Democratic after years in Republican hands. With all of us working together, we can see to it that his election to the Texas statehouse is achieved.
