My dad is an engineer. He taught me to use one in high school. I wish I remembered, just because it was really cool. Kinda like an abacus.

"This too shall pass"... That's something my mom always tells me when I'm freaking out about something. It's also something I say under my breath when I'm stressed & can't call my mom :) It's definitely gotten me through a lot in life & I'm glad to see you've embraced it as well :)

I have shot guns and bows since I was a little one, but $30 is a lot cheaper than $300/$400+ for a pistol or shotgun.

I'm glad my blogs give some type of entertainment in your day and I love the commentary with which you respond. If I can get at least one reader each day, I feel accomplished. Admittedly, some... or most of my blogs are just silly and all over the place, but I aim to entertain.
