Me in My Words: The Society of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals of Texas is a private, non-profit, reservation required organization dedicated to improving the welfare of all animals. The SPCA of Texas has two shelters and three spay/neuter clinics located in Dallas and Collin County, and serves as an active resource center.
