Roland Salatino, a 13 year old Boy Scout has earned all 121 Merit Badges the Boy Scouts of America offer. He is a member of Troop 577 from The St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Dallas, Texas. During his Eagle Court of Honor on Sunday, January 27^th, 2008 he also received the Hornaday Award, his first Eagle Palm and a special Award for earning all the badges.  Mr. George Trosko, The National Director of the Boy Scouts, and Mr. Ponce Duran, Circle Ten Scout Executive attended the ceremony to present these awards along with several Scout Executives  from the Dallas Area Circle Ten Council and the North Trail District.  Roland achieved this while maintaining High Honors Grades in school, and competing statewide in wrestling and debate.
