The Garland High School Dashing Debs attended the Crowd Pleaser Contest at Fossil Ridge High School on February 23, 2008.  The Debs brought home several trophies including: Best in Category Prop, 1st Runner up Military, Best Crowd Pleaser Kick, Supersweepstakes (received 90 or better from all three judges on all three team routines), Best Technique, 1st Runner up Best in Class, and Showcase Elite (received 95 or above from all three judges on all three team routines).  This award was given to 7 of the 30 schools attending the contest. 

The Debs will be having a parking lot sale at Garland High School at 310 S. Garland Avenue, on March 8, 2008, from 8 am - 2 pm to help offset the cost of going to contest.  Come early for the best selection and stay late for the best bargains.
