RHHS Baseball Coach Greg Harvey and the Heath Hawks Varsity baseball team played at Ranger's Ballpark in Arlington for the second year in a row on Saturday, March 22. 

 Senior Calvin Wallen took the mound for the Hawks and with the help of additional pitching from Junior Cody Sargent,  Senior Colton Court, and Sophomore Trevor Holland, defeated the Lake Highlands Wildcats by a score of 4-1.  The Heath Hawks lite up the boards offensively with nine hits, including a double by sophomore Drew Baxter and a triple by senior Micah Headley. 

The Heath Hawks chalked up two district wins last week with winning pitcher Drew Verhagen against the Terrell Tigers and another with Newcomer of the Year Drew Benefield on the mound against the West Mesquite Wranglers.  Upcoming district play includes games against J.J. Pearce and Greenville.  All games begin at 7:30 p.m.
