Garland has a new superstar, Linda Caldwell, certified nursing assistant, BaylorMedicalCenter at Garland. Linda received the annual Five Star Spirit Superstar award from Al Moore, vice president, Baylor Garland, in March. Five Star Spirit is Baylor Health Care System’s employee recognition program.
Linda has been an employee at Baylor Garland for more than ten years. Joel Allison, president and chief executive officer, Baylor Health Care System, will recognize Linda and other Five Star Spirit superstars from around the Baylor System during a special awards ceremony, April 21. To be selected for the superstar honor, the employee must have a high overall employee performance and manager recommendation, in addition to receiving the highest number of Five Star Spirit nominations in one calendar year. Baylor Garland also honored 25 other employees as Five Star Spirit awardees. Those employees are Michele Bell, Eric Gaines, Amy Gaines, Alice Hall, Rachel Hartman, M.D., Katherine McIntire, Jennifer Moore, Elethia Osborne, Jorge Rios, Eric Salmassian, M.D., Angela Foster, Lonnie Kincaid, Elva Bailey, Bashir Bhatti, Nancy Hansen, Cindy Hennessy, Andrew Jacob, Carmen Jones, Mariamma Kurien, Kristie McBride, Laurie Miller, Stephanie Moses, Lynn Morgan, Surinder Sandhu, and Kris Thamby.BaylorMedicalCenter at Garland, located in the heart of the Garland community, reflects the medical needs of this diverse community.
