Rachel and some of her supporters rode in the 51st annual Mesquite Championship Rodeo parade on March 29th. This year's grand marshal was recently retired Police Chief Gary Westphal. The parade was sponsored by the Exchange Club of Mesquite, First State Bank, the HAM Association of Mesquite and the Mesquite Chamber of Commerce.
