Life begins at 90! But I have better news for you. The first 70 years are the hardest.

The next 20 years is a time that everybody wants to live in. You are getting ready for age 90 that everybody is looking forward to. If you make it to 90 years, you are pretty healthy.

Most of your aches and pains are being taken care of or they are gone.

Most everything that you do, people look up to you and say, “boy doesn’t he look good to be 90!”

Being 90 is a whole lot better than being 50, 60 or 70. You are in turmoil where everyone wants to know about your business, what you are doing, if you have been successful and how you did it.

Being 90 you have a great advantage. Most everybody says you are so lucky. You are not lucky – you have just worked harder and taken better care of yourself.

So if everybody will keep exercising, have a good, open feeling toward everyone out here, meet friends and have a lot of fun, and keep a great attitude, you will live to enjoy life at 90 and beyond.
