Dallas - C.C. Young residents and Overlook Charter members had an opportunity to meet and greet each other at a barbecue held at The Point, Center for Arts and Education. Spectators watched as the demolition of an older building made room for the upcoming construction of the Overlook. The Levee Singers, a popular group in Dallas, provided the entertainment. Excitement was high!The Overlook, scheduled to open in 2010, will be 208,000 square-feet with 106 apartment units, many with spectacular views of White Rock Lake and the Dallas skylines.
