Unity Church of Irving announces the following schedule of church talk topics for August. On Aug. 10, the topic is "The Love of God Enfolds Us." Aug. 17, the topic is "The Power of God Protects Us." Aug. 24 is on "The Presence of God Watches Over Us." Aug. 31 is on "Where God is, We Are."

The church ministers are the Rev. Frank Pounders and the Rev. Margaret Pounders. Sunday adult class is at 9:30 a.m. and the topic is "The Dore Lectures on Mental Science." Sunday services and children's church is at 11 a.m. The first and third Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. are classes on "Laws of Love."

The church now does weddings and wedding receptions.
