On August 22nd, 23rd and 24th, Morrow's Performing Arts Center (formerly Storybook Children's Theatre) is performing Pied Piper The Musical and Into the Woods Junior under the direction of Mary Ann Morrow.
Pied Piper The Musical, by Vera Morris with music and lyrics by Bill Francoeur, has children from age 5 up to adults. This is the classic fairy tale with fun singing and dancing! Show times are August 22 at 6:00, August 23 at 1:00 and 6:00 and August 24 at 1:00. Admission is $10 for adults and $8 for children 12 and under. Into the Woods Junior, by James Lapine with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, has a cast of kids ranging in age from 11-16 yrs old. The musical cleverly combines several fairy tales into one story. Show times are August 22 at 8:00, August 23 at 3:00 and 8:00 and August 24 at 3:00. Admission is $10 for adults and $8 for children 12 and under.
