The Band will also host their second annual Golf Tournament at Indian Creek Golf Course in Carrollton, on Saturday, September 13th. The Shot Gun start – Four Man Scramble is at 1:30 p.m. The registration fee of $100 per player includes the entry fee, prizes, individual hole games, gift bags and a hamburger buffet. The Hebron Band will partner with the MetrocrestServiceCenterduring the March-a-thon, collecting donations of canned/dry/bottled goods, baby items, laundry aides and toiletries at HomesteadElementary School. The MetrocrestServiceCenter serves families in the Hebron area who are in need.
In addition to participation in the golf tournament, the band also is offering opportunities for sponsorships of the event. Sponsorship levels available include Band Master Ads for $150.00 (tee signage, March-a-thon banner and full-page golf program ad), Business Card ads for $25.00, and half- or full-page program ads, for $50.00 or $100.00. The band members will also be seeking to raise funds through pledges or donations in support of the March-a-thon. Money raised from these events will help defray costs for the band to attend state and area competitions, plus keep the instruments up to date.
