The award-winning CMS North Band capped off a week of band camp with a energetic and loud concert August 15th.  The familiar strains of "Louie, Louie", "In the Mood", and "Pirates of the Caribbean" echoed off the gym walls as the 7th and 8th grade students got the new year started with a blast. 
 
The North Band will have a record-setting 307 members this fall.  The band is divided into Honor Winds, 2 Symphonic bands, and a 6th grade Cadet Band.
